Cerecor Reports First Quarter 2018 Financial Results
May 11, 2018 8:15 AM EDTBALTIMORE, May 11, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cerecor Inc. (NASDAQ: CERC) (Cerecor or the Company) today announced financial results for the first quarter of 2018. Net revenues for the first quarter of 2018 were $4.5 million. As of March 31, 2018, the Company had $65.4 million in total assets including cash and cash equivalents of $2.5 million, accounts receivable of $2.8 million, and escrowed receivable of $3.8 million. Total liabilities were $40.8 million, which included $14.8 million of current liabilities and $14.6 million of long-term debt, and total stockholders equity was $24.6 million.
