C.H. Robinson Worldwide Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend and Increases Share Repurchase Authorization
May 10, 2018 4:15 PM EDTMINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. (C.H. Robinson) (NASDAQ: CHRW) announced that its Board of Directors today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 46 cents ($0.46) per share, payable on June 29, 2018, to shareholders of record on June 1, 2018.
C.H. Robinson has distributed regular dividends for more than twenty-five years. As of May 10, 2018, there were 139,237,319 shares outstanding.
