SINGAPORE--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Kulicke & Soffa Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: KLIC) (Kulicke & Soffa, K&S or the Company), announced today that it will not be filing its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q with the SEC in a timely manner.
