Versum Materials Declares 20% Dividend Increase
May 2, 2018 4:30 PM EDTTEMPE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Versum Materials, Inc. (NYSE: VSM), a leading global specialty materials supplier to the semiconductor industry, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share, an increase of 20% from previous dividends of $0.05 per share. The dividend is payable on May 29, 2018 to all common stockholders of record at the close of business on May 15, 2018.
