SEMINOLE, Fla., May 02, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Superior Uniform Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: SGC), manufacturer of uniforms, career apparel and accessories, today announced that for the first quarter ended March 31, 2018, net sales increased 19.8 percent to $73.1 million compared with 2017 first quarter net sales of $61.0 million. Net income for the 2018 first quarter was $2.5 million, or $0.16 per diluted share, compared with $3.8 million, or $0.26 per diluted share, reported for the quarter ended March 31, 2017.   Net...
