Hilltop Holdings Inc. Announces Financial Results for First Quarter 2018
April 26, 2018 5:10 PM EDTDALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Hilltop Holdings Inc. (NYSE: HTH) (Hilltop) today announced financial results for the first quarter of 2018. Hilltop produced income of $24.4 million, or $0.25 per diluted share, for the first quarter of 2018, compared to $26.4 million, or $0.27 per diluted share, for the first quarter of 2017.
On February 14, 2018, Hilltop announced that it had entered into a definitive agreement to acquire privately-held, Houston-based The Bank of River Oaks (BORO) in an all-cash transaction.
