FNCB Bancorp, Inc. Increases Second Quarter Dividend 33%

Dunmore, Pa., April 25, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of FNCB Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: FNCB) today declared a dividend of $0.04 per share for the second quarter of 2018, representing a 33.3% increase over the $0.03 per share dividend declared for the same quarter of 2017. Year to date 2018 dividends declared total $0.08 per share, an increase of $0.02 per share, or 33.3%, compared to $0.06 per share for the same period of 2017. The dividend is payable June 15, 2018 to shareholders of record June 1, 2018.
