April 25, 2018 8:30 AM EDTTOWNSHIP OF WASHINGTON, N.J., April 25, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Oritani Financial Corp. (the Company or Oritani) (NASDAQ: ORIT), the holding company for Oritani Bank (the Bank), reported net income of $13.4 million, or $0.30 per basic and diluted common share, for the three months ended March 31, 2018, and $29.4 million, or $0.67 per basic (and $0.65 diluted) common share, for the nine months ended March 31, 2018. Net income was $24.3 million, or $0.56 per basic (and $0.54 diluted) common share, for the three months ended March 31, 2017, and $46.3 million, or $1.07 per basic (and $1.04 diluted) common share, for the nine months ended March 31, 2017. Results for the nine months...
