Lakeland Bancorp Announces First Quarter Results and Increases Dividend by 15%
April 25, 2018 7:55 AM EDTOAK RIDGE, N.J., April 25, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lakeland Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: LBAI) (the Company), the parent company of Lakeland Bank (Lakeland), reported net income and diluted earnings per share (EPS) of $15.3 million and $0.32, respectively, for the three months ended March 31, 2018, compared to $12.3 million and $0.26 for the three months ended March 31, 2017. For the first quarter of 2018, return on average assets was 1.14%, return on average common equity was 10.60%, and return on average tangible common equity was 13.90%.
