Home Bancorp Announces First Quarter 2018 Results And Increases Quarterly Dividend By 13%
April 24, 2018 7:30 AM EDTLAFAYETTE, La., April 24, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Home Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: "HBCP") (the "Company"), the parent company for Home Bank, N.A. (the "Bank") (www.home24bank.com), reported record net income of $7.5 million for the first quarter of 2018, an increase of $4.2 million, or 130%, compared to the fourth quarter of 2017 and an increase of $2.5 million, or 49%, compared to the first quarter of 2017. The first quarter of 2018 includes merger expenses totaling $694,000, net of taxes, related to the acquisition of St. Martin Bancshares, Inc.
