First Quarter Highlights
Reported net income was $30.7 million, or $1.31 per diluted share versus prior year record net income of $31.9 million, or $1.37 per diluted share. Adjusted net income* was $32.0 million, or $1.37 per diluted share versus $31.7 million, or $1.36 per diluted share, in the prior year.                                       Consolidated net sales were $499.3 million, up 7% versus the prior year.
