American River Bankshares Announces its Second Quarter Cash Dividend
April 19, 2018 9:15 AM EDTSACRAMENTO, Calif., April 19, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- American River Bankshares (NASDAQ-GS: AMRB) announced its second quarter cash dividend of 5 cents per share ($0.05) payable on May 16, 2018 to shareholders of record on May 2, 2018.
The cash dividend is equal to the 5 cents declared in the first quarter of 2018 and represents the sixth cash dividend since the quarterly program was reinstated in January of 2017.
