Bank of the Ozarks Announces Increased Regular Quarterly Dividend
April 2, 2018 4:01 PM EDTLITTLE ROCK, Ark.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Bank of the Ozarks (NASDAQ: OZRK) announced its Board of Directors has approved a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.195 per common share payable April 20, 2018 to shareholders of record as of April 13, 2018. The dividend of $0.195 per common share represents an increase of $0.005 per common share, or 2.63%, over the dividend paid in the previous quarter.
