Ocean Bio-Chem Declares Special Cash Dividend: $0.06 per/share
March 21, 2018 10:30 AM EDTFORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., March 21, 2018 /PRNewswire/ --Â Ocean Bio-Chem, Inc. (NASDAQ: OBCI), announced today that its Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend of $0.06 per share, payable on April 16, 2018 to shareholders of record on April 2, 2018.
