March 16, 2018 8:01 AM EDTHONESDALE, Pa., March 16, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lewis J. Critelli, President and Chief Executive Officer of Norwood Financial Corp (NASDAQ: NWFL) and its subsidiary Wayne Bank announced that the Board of Directors declared a $.22 per share quarterly dividend payable May 1, 2018 to shareholders of record as of April 13, 2018. The $.22 per share equals the per share dividend declared in the prior quarter and represents a 3.3% increase over the cash dividend declared in the first quarter of 2017 after adjusting for the 50% stock dividend...
