StoneCastle Financial Corp. Announces Cash Distribution of $0.38 per Share for First Quarter 2018
March 9, 2018 9:16 AM ESTNEW YORK, March 09, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- StoneCastle Financial Corp. (Nasdaq: BANX) ("StoneCastle Financial" or the "Company"), an SEC registered closed-end management investment company, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash distribution of $0.38 per share for the first quarter of 2018. The distribution will be payable on March 27, 2018 to shareholders of record on March 20, 2018.
