Jernigan Capital Announces Dividends for First Quarter 2018
March 1, 2018 4:47 PM ESTMEMPHIS, TENN.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Jernigan Capital, Inc. (NYSE: JCAP) (the Company) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a pro rata cash dividend on its Series B Preferred Stock for the period from, and including, the original issue date of January 26, 2018, to, but excluding, April 13, 2018, in the amount of $0.37431 per share. The dividend is payable on April 13, 2018 to holders of Series B Preferred Stock of record on April 2, 2018.
The Companys Board of Directors also declared a cash dividend of $0.35 per share of common stock for the quarter ending March 31, 2018. The... More
