Oregon Bancorp Announces Special Dividend
February 23, 2018 1:08 PM ESTSALEM, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Oregon Bancorp, Inc. (OTCBB: ORBN) (the Company), parent company of Willamette Valley Bank, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend of $1.20 per share payable on March 15, 2018, to shareholders of record as of March 1, 2018.
