PSEG Increases Common Stock Dividend
February 20, 2018 11:33 AM ESTNEWARK, N.J., Feb. 20, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Public Service Enterprise Group (NYSE: PEG) today declared a quarterly common stock dividend for the first quarter of 2018 of $0.45 per share payable on March 30, 2018 to shareholders of record on March 8, 2018. This action represents a $0.02 per share, or 4.7% increase in the company's quarterly common stock dividend and brings the indicative annual dividend rate to $1.80 per share.
