PBF Logistics Announces Multi-year Growth Initiatives, Increases Quarterly Cash Distribution to $0.4850 per Unit and Announces Fourth Quarter 2017 Earnings Results
February 15, 2018 6:30 AM ESTPARSIPPANY, N.J., Feb. 15, 2018 /PRNewswire/ --Â PBF Logistics LP (NYSE: PBFX, the "Partnership") announced today fourth quarter 2017 net income attributable to the partners of $23.6 million, or $0.50 per common unit (net of IDRs). During the fourth quarter, the Partnership generated cash from operations of approximately $21.5 million, earnings before interest, income taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) of $39.2 million and distributable cash flow of $28.5 million.
