SCHAUMBURG, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Global Brass and Copper Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: BRSS) (the Company) announced today that, on February 9, 2018, the Companys Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share on the Companys common stock for the fourth quarter of 2017. The dividend will be paid on March 2, 2018 to stockholders of record on the close of business on February 20, 2018.
