Bemis Company Announces 35th Consecutive Annual Dividend Increase
February 8, 2018 5:55 AM ESTNEENAH, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Bemis Company, Inc. (NYSE: BMS) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a 3.3 percent increase in the quarterly cash dividend, increasing it to 31 cents per share compared to the previous quarterly dividend of 30 cents per share. The cash dividend is payable on March 1, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 20, 2018. This marks the 35th consecutive year that the Company has increased its dividend payment.
