February 6, 2018 4:30 PM ESTKNOXVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Regal Entertainment Group (NYSE: RGC) (Regal) today declared a cash dividend of $0.22 per Class A and Class B common share, payable on February 21, 2018, to stockholders of record on February 9, 2018.
