USD Partners Announces Eleventh Consecutive Quarterly Distribution Increase to $0.35 per Unit and Fourth Quarter Earnings Release Date
February 1, 2018 4:23 PM ESTHOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- USD Partners LP (NYSE: USDP) (the Partnership) announced today that the Board of Directors of its general partner declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.35 per unit for the fourth quarter of 2017 ($1.40 per unit on an annualized basis), representing an increase of $0.005 per unit or 1.4% over the prior quarter and 6.1% over the fourth quarter of 2016. On a full-year basis, the Partnership delivered 7.5% distribution growth in 2017 relative to 2016. The distribution is payable on February 16, 2018, to unitholders of record at the close of business on February 12, 2018.
