(the Company or Oritani) (NASDAQ: ORIT), the holding company for Oritani Bank (the Bank), reported net income of $4.0 million, or $0.09 per basic and diluted common share, for the three months ended December 31, 2017, and $16.0 million, or $0.36 per basic (and $0.35 diluted) common share, for the six months ended December 31, 2017. Net income was $11.4 million, or $0.26 per basic and diluted common share, for the three months ended December 31, 2016, and $22.0 million, or $0.51 per basic (and $0.50 diluted) common share, for the six months ended December 31, 2016. As detailed...
