Banc of California Reports Fourth Quarter 2017 Earnings
January 25, 2018 6:00 AM ESTSANTA ANA, Calif., Jan. 25, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Banc of California, Inc. (NYSE: BANC) today reported net income available to common stockholders of $6.2 million, for the fourth quarter of 2017, resulting in diluted earnings per common share of $0.12 for the quarter. Net income available to common stockholders for the full year was $37.3 million, resulting in diluted earnings per common share of $0.71 for the full year. Diluted earnings per common share from continuing operations were $0.11 for the fourth quarter, and $0.63 for the full year.
