FCB Financial Holdings, Inc. Reports Fourth Quarter 2017 Financial Results
January 23, 2018 4:04 PM ESTWESTON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- FCB Financial Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: FCB) (the "Company") today reported fourth quarter 2017 net income of $19.0 million, or $0.41 per share on a fully diluted basis, and adjusted net income of $35.3 million, or $0.76 per share on a fully diluted basis. Net income declined $8.9 million year-over-year primarily due to a $14.3 million one-time revaluation of the Companys deferred tax position following the prospective federal corporate tax rate reduction as a result of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (the TCJA).
