Archrock Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend
January 18, 2018 7:02 PM ESTHOUSTON, Jan. 18, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Archrock, Inc. (NYSE: AROC) (Archrock) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.12 per share of common stock, a rate of $0.48 per share on an annualized basis, to be paid on February 14, 2018 to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 8, 2018.
The fourth quarter 2017 dividend to be paid in February 2018 is unchanged from the third quarter 2017 dividend.
