Oak Valley Bancorp to Pay Cash Dividend
January 18, 2018 1:15 PM ESTOAKDALE, Calif., Jan. 18, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On January 16, 2018, the Board of Directors of Oak Valley Bancorp (NASDAQ: OVLY), the bank holding company for Oak Valley Community Bank and Eastern Sierra Community Bank, declared the payment of a cash dividend of $0.130 per share of common stock to its shareholders of record at the close of business on January 29, 2018. In aggregate, the distribution will amount to approximately $1,053,000. The payment date will be February 9, 2018.
