January 18, 2018 8:15 AM ESTCONWAY, Ark., Jan. 18, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Home BancShares, Inc. (NASDAQ: HOMB), parent company of Centennial Bank, today announced net income for the year ended December 31, 2017 of $135.1 million. Diluted earnings per share for the year ended 2017 was $0.89 per share.  For the fourth quarter of 2017, the Company recorded a profit of $23.3 million. Diluted earnings per share for the fourth quarter of 2017 was $0.13 per share.  Â
