December 26, 2017 4:30 PM ESTWALTHAM, Mass., Dec. 26, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Great Elm Capital Corp. (we, us, our or GECC), (NASDAQ: GECC), today announced that its Board of Directors declared a special distribution of $0.20 per share, which is payable on January 30, 2018 to stockholders of record as of December 29, 2017.
As we have consistently out-earned our declared distributions this year, we are pleased to announce a year-end special distribution to our stockholders of $0.20 per share.
