Systemax Declares $1.50 Per Share Special Dividend
December 26, 2017 4:16 PM ESTPORT WASHINGTON, N.Y., Dec. 26, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Systemax Inc. (NYSE: SYX) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a special one-time cash dividend of $1.50 per share to shareholders of the company's common stock. The dividend will be payable on January 12, 2018 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on January 5, 2018.Â
