Bank of Commerce Holdings Announces Fourth Quarter Cash Dividend of $0.03 per Share
December 20, 2017 4:00 PM ESTSACRAMENTO, Calif., Dec. 20, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bank of Commerce Holdings (NASDAQ: BOCH) (the Company), a $1.2 billion asset bank holding company and parent company of Redding Bank of Commerce (the Bank), today announced that the Board of Directors has authorized a cash dividend of $0.03 per share for the fourth quarter 2017.Â
The $0.03 per share quarterly cash dividend will be paid to shareholders of record as of January 2, 2018, and is payable on January 12, 2018.
