U.S. Bancorp Announces Quarterly Dividends
December 19, 2017 11:00 AM ESTMINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of U.S. Bancorp (NYSE: USB) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.30 per common share, payable January 16, 2018, to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 29, 2017. At this quarterly dividend rate, the annual dividend is equivalent to $1.20 per common share.
The Board of Directors also declared the following:
