City Office REIT Announces Dividends for Fourth Quarter 2017
December 15, 2017 4:21 PM ESTVANCOUVER, Dec. 15, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- City Office REIT, Inc. (NYSE: CIO) (the "Company" or "City Office") announced today that its Board of Directors authorized a quarterly dividend of $0.235 per share of common stock and common unit of partnership interest for the fourth quarter of 2017.Â
Additionally, the Board of Directors authorized a regular quarterly dividend of $0.4140625 per share of the Company's 6.625% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock.
