Mackinac Financial Corporation Declares Cash Dividend on Common Stock
December 15, 2017 10:50 AM ESTMANISTIQUE, Mich., Dec. 15, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mackinac Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: MFNC), the bank holding company for mBank (the Bank), announced the approval of a cash dividend by its Board of Directors on December 15, 2017. The Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $.12 per common share, payable January 9, 2018 to shareholders of record at December 28, 2017. The dividend is unchanged from the prior quarters dividend.
