RLJ Lodging Trust Announces Dividends for Fourth Quarter of 2017
December 15, 2017 9:20 AM ESTBETHESDA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- RLJ Lodging Trust (the Company) (NYSE: RLJ) today announced that its Board of Trustees has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.33 per common share of beneficial interest. The dividend is payable on January 12, 2018, to shareholders of record as of December 29, 2017. Based on the Companys common stock closing price of $21.63 on December 14, 2017, the annualized $1.32 dividend represents a 6.1% yield.
The Board of Trustees also declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.4875 on the Companys Series A Preferred Shares. The dividend is payable on January 31, 2018, to shareholders of record as of December 29, 2017.
