Casa Systems (CASA) IPO Opens Modestly Higher

Today's IPO for Casa Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CASA) opened for trading at $13.50 after pricing its initial public offering of 6,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $13.00 per share.

In addition, Casa has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 900,000 additional shares of common stock from Casa at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
