Ashford Trust Declares Dividends For Fourth Quarter Of 2017 And Issues Guidance For 2018 Dividends
December 11, 2017 8:00 AM ESTDALLAS, Dec. 11, 2017 /PRNewswire/ --Â Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. (NYSE: AHT) ("Ashford Trust" or the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per diluted share for the Company's common stock for the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2017. The dividend, which equates to an annual rate of $0.48 per share, is payable on January 16, 2018, to shareholders of record as of December 29, 2017.
