November 21, 2017 5:30 PM ESTUNIONDALE, N.Y., Nov. 21, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Flushing Financial Corporation (the Company) (Nasdaq: FFIC), the parent holding company for Flushing Bank (the Bank), today announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $0.18 per common share, payable on December 29, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 8, 2017. Â
