Duke Realty Declares Special Cash Dividend of $0.85 per Share
November 21, 2017 4:15 PM ESTINDIANAPOLIS, Nov. 21, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- DUKE REALTY CORPORATION (NYSE: DRE), a leading industrial property REIT included in the S&P 500 Index, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend of $0.85 per share of common stock payable on December 12, 2017, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 1, 2017. The decision to declare a special dividend was primarily a result of the sale of approximately $2.85 billion of assets through September 30, 2017.
