Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. Declares Both a Quarterly Dividend and a Special Dividend
November 21, 2017 3:23 PM ESTMILLERSBURG, Penn., Nov. 21, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. (Mid Penn) (NASDAQ: MPB), the parent company of Mid Penn Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors approved a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per common share, payable on January 12, 2018, to shareholders of record on December 21, 2017. This represents an acceleration of the regular quarterly dividend which, in prior years, Mid Penn had typically declared in January and paid in February.
