November 17, 2017 1:34 PM ESTReal Industry, Inc. (NASDAQ: RELY) (Real Industry or the Company) today announced that it has initiated restructuring efforts through the filing of a petition for voluntary Chapter 11 reorganization in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
