Provident Financial Services, Inc. Announces Special Cash Dividend
November 16, 2017 5:30 PM ESTISELIN, N.J., Nov. 16, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Provident Financial Services, Inc. (NYSE: PFS) (the Company) announced today that its Board of Directors approved a special cash dividend of $0.15 per common share payable on December 22, 2017, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 8, 2017.
