First Savings Financial Group, Inc. Reports Financial Results for the Fiscal Year Ended September 30, 2017 and Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend
November 15, 2017 5:00 PM ESTCLARKSVILLE, Ind., Nov. 15, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- First Savings Financial Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: FSFG) (the "Company"), the holding company for First Savings Bank (the "Bank"), today reported net income and net income available to common shareholders of $9.3 million, or $3.97 per diluted common share, for the year ended September 30, 2017 compared to net income of $7.9 million and net income available to common shareholders of $7.8 million, or $3.41 per diluted common share, for the year ended September 30, 2016. Also, the Company announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 per common share. ...
