Vishay Intertechnology Increases Quarterly Dividend
November 15, 2017 4:15 PM ESTMALVERN, Pa., Nov. 15, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH), announced today that the Company's Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.0675 per share of common stock and Class B common stock, reflecting an 8 percent increase over the previous quarters dividend. The dividend is to be paid on December 21, 2017 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 7, 2017. Future dividends will be subject to Board approval.
