Valvoline Increases Quarterly Dividend by More Than 50 Percent
November 14, 2017 4:55 PM ESTLEXINGTON, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Valvoline Inc. (NYSE: VVV) today announced that its board of directors increased the quarterly cash dividend on the companys common stock by more than 50 percent, from 4.9 cents to 7.45 cents per share.
The substantial growth in our dividend shows the confidence that the Board and management have in Valvolines strong cash flow generation, said Chief Executive Officer, Sam Mitchell. Just as important, growing our dividend represents our commitment to returning capital to shareholders.
