Investors Title Company Board Declares Special Cash Dividend and Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend
November 14, 2017 2:00 PM ESTCHAPEL HILL, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Investors Title Company (NASDAQ: ITIC) announced today that the Companys Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend of $2.40 per share to shareholders of record on December 1, 2017, payable December 15, 2017. The special dividend will be funded through existing cash balances.
The Board also declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.40 per share to shareholders of record December 1, 2017, payable on December 15, 2017.
