GAAP net income attributable to common stockholders totaled $0.2 million, or $0.01 per share, versus a net loss attributable to common stockholders of $1.2 million, or ($0.03) per share in the prior year period. Adjusted EBITDA of $2.1 million increased $2.0 million as compared to the third quarter of 2016. Cash, cash equivalents, restricted cash and marketable securities of $26.1 million increased $2.7 million as compared to December 31, 2016 and up $0.7 million from June 30, 2017. The retirement of the Series B Preferred Stock removes, among other rights of the holder and restrictions on the Company, a $55 million liquidation preference previously held by TCV.
