FCPT Announces over 13% Increase to Fourth Quarter 2017 Dividend
November 10, 2017 1:09 PM ESTMILL VALLEY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Four Corners Property Trust, Inc. (NYSE: FCPT) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.275 per share (equivalent to $1.10 per share per annum) for the fourth quarter of 2017. This represents an over 13% increase from the prior quarter. The dividend is payable on January 12, 2018 to shareholders of record as of December 29, 2017.
